Sales Executives

Job Description Building relationship with distributors/dealers etc and correlation to our business goals and positive achievement of the same by promotion of products and tracking feedback of distributors, dealers, sub dealers, consumers, etc. Revenue realization of Business targets and target achievements. Proper Maintenance of related inventory and maintaining various reports.
Key responsibility

1. Market planning and mapping for all retail merchant including delivery outlets, retail shops, offices etc

2. Identify the target customers (retailers/ merchants) and introduce company and the offerings.

3. Understand customers need and Introduce the offerings (product/services) explaining all benefits to customer.

4. Focus on building up strong prospect base through cold visit, calling or other means to ensure the monthly achievement which exceeds the target.

5. Provide merchants in the region with information about new or improved products, usage benefit and services in order to improve sales, acceptance in the region.

6. Provide market feedback, details and data for sales leads to the Sales Manager on a daily basis and ensuring each day sales closure.

7. Developing and fostering relationships with merchants so and taking references to generate more sales.

Key Skills Self-motivated sales professionals required who can target the merchants and build them as our partners by market visit, marketing campaign, cold calls etc. Preferred candidate should have worked in the direct market retail sales of electronics products like mobile phones, smart phones, tablets, etc. He should have the confidence to face retailers, explain the product, handle objections and finally negotiate to close the sale. Candidate should have strong desire to earn through strong incentive scheme besides his/her fixed monthly salary. Selected candidate will be positioned in the selected belt/ areas along with the assigned product offerings in all over India. Salary 6,000/- to 12,000 + Incentive (averaging around 8K to 20K per month)

Working hours Weekdays: 10:00 - 20:00 | Saturday and National holidays: 13:00 - 18:00
